Shipping Information:

1. Shipping Times: We strive to dispatch your order as swiftly as possible. Orders placed before 5pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 5pm or on weekends will be shipped the following business day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders within the UK are delivered within 2-3 business days.

2. Shipping Charges: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50. For orders below £50, our standard UK shipping fee is just £3. If you’re seeking expedited shipping, you can select this option for a flat fee of £9. International shipping rates vary based on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to your doorstep.

4. Packaging: Rest assured, your journals will be carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. We take great care to protect your items from any damage during transit.

Returns and Exchanges:

We take pride in the quality of our journals, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 28 days of receiving your order.

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label if necessary.

3. Refunds and Exchanges Process: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped out promptly following the same shipping guidelines mentioned earlier.

4. Return Shipping Costs: If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind or preference, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. However, if the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
